Todd
K. Pagliarulo serves as Vice Chairman of Derry Township
Industrial & Commercial Development Authority, Vice
Chairman Capital Area Transit Board of Directors, representative
of the Derry Township New Year’s Eve Committee, and is a member of the Derry Township
Republican Committee. Past supervisory roles with
expired terms in 2001 were: Derry Township Parks
and Recreation, Derry Township Tax Association, and Derry
Township Supervisor.

of controlled commercial growth in our community; this
type of progress will promote sound economic prosperity. This
in turn will broaden our tax base and stimulate job growth. My
ultimate goal will then allow residents of Derry Township
to maintain a greater quality of life.”
Todd has been a resident of Hershey for
over 50 years and is a graduate of Hershey High School. He
attended Shippensburg State University and received a B.S.
in Education. He was an educator at Lower Dauphin
School District, Hummelstown, for five years. He
is retired from Hershey Entertainment & Resort Company
as Vice President of Sports & Entertainment and Corporate
Director of Safety & Security, where he was employed
for 31 years. He is currently working
as Chief of Staff to Representative John Payne, and
is President of TP Consulting. Todd is married to
Linda and has three children, Jennifer, Jaime, and Todd,
and has one grandchild.
