Derry Township Industrial & Commercial Development Authority

The ICDA consists of five board members; two are members of the Board of Supervisors and the remaining three are appointed by the Board of Supervisors.

The ICDA Manager is James Negley and Marie Sirkot is the Adminstrative Assistant.

The Authority is authorized to exercise powers and undertake any projects permitted by the Pennsylvania Economic Development Financing Law, Act No. 102, or any other Pennsylvania legislation, subject to approval by the Board of Supervisors.

Board members are appointed for varying terms from one to five years.
